A Virtual Assistant, or VA, is an administrative professional who works in long term, collaborative relationships with a handful of amazing clients, without needing to be physically present be in the client’s office.

She holds a BA in computer science, an MBA in operations management and a certificate in Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Her unique background enables Maria to support her clients with not only an understanding of their needs but with the technical know how to help them reach their goals. Maria lives in Westchester County, NY with her husband and three children.
